Wendy Twydell, Customer Relations Manager

Joined 2017.

Making the decision to find care for an elderly family member or a friend is often emotional and unsettling. You need to feel confident that they will be comfortable and well cared for and my role as Customer Relationship Manager is to give you all the information and guidance you require to ensure you make an informed decision.

Working closely with families to understand their needs and the type of care they require, I will be able to offer advice on the services offered together with the facilities depending on health requirements together with financial commitments, to ensure a smooth and happy transition for all involved.

I would be delighted to welcome you for a visit and answer any questions you may have
