This Promotion may be used against one applicable type of care only and is based on your care requirements at the time you become a resident.
To take part in the offer, you must be able to meet the costs of the discounted fees and any additional costs notified to you at the time the offer of a place is made at the eligible home (the total cost of your fees with and without the discount, as well as the Residential Terms will be notified to you at the time of your enquiry).
Limited spaces are available. Baycroft may withdraw this Promotion without notice. Please note that such withdrawal will not affect any client who has already received an offer from us or is undergoing an assessment to accept an offer from us having responded to this Promotion.
Your assessment will be without charge.
You may cancel your assessment without charge or further commitment.
We retain the right to refuse to progress your application to move into one of our homes where your assessed needs cannot be met by the homes.
You understand that responding to this Promotion is not a guarantee that Baycroft will agree to offer you a place at the home selected or any eligible home.
OHGL reserves the right to extend this Promotion only in the case of unforeseen circumstances, for example, if one of our homes is unexpectedly unable to accept new residents for a defined period of time.
For permanent offers only
If your care needs change during the first 6 months of your stay, in accordance with Baycroft’s standard terms of residency we may need to re-assess the fees payable. Your discount will continue to apply on any increased fees from the period of the increase to the end of your first 6 month period. For example, if you move in on 1 January and your care needs are re-assessed on 1 March, the original discount rate will be honoured until 30 June.
Privacy and personal information:
is available for new clients only and may not be applied to offers of residency already made;
is not available to clients seeking temporary or respite stays.

cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion;
does not apply to any Additional Chargeable Services and Facilities you request under Baycroft’s standard terms of residency, all such services and facilities are additional charges;
cannot be transferred to be used against a home or care type not listed in these Terms and Conditions.
No cash alternative is available.

If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for all loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or due to us failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the booking process.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your legal rights.
