Hello, I'm Tryness.
I have recently joined the team at Flitwick as the Interim General Manager.
I have previous experience managing care homes and have worked in management roles both in hospitals and in the community.
As a registered nurse, my passion for nursing strongly advocates for providing good quality of care.
As a service, we take the responsibility of being trusted with people’s lives very seriously as we believe and work towards making our residents lives better in every way possible.
It is a pleasure meeting and getting to know our residents and their families while being supported by the brilliant team in the home and the senior management team of Baycroft.

We understand how important a beautifully designed living space is to your happiness. The décor is therefore finished to a high standard, with every detail carefully considered for your comfort and individual needs.
The ground, first and second floors consist of 75 luxurious bedrooms, comprising of nine Suites, 38 Classic rooms and 28 Premium rooms. All rooms come fully equipped with a wet room-style en suite bathroom while most ground floor rooms have their own private outdoor space.

You will have access to 24-hour personalised nursing and dementia care. We will also provide respite care as well as specialist care for conditions such as Parkinsons, stroke rehabilitation and intermediate reablement for those not quite able to return home following a stay in hospital.
